After 11 months my Vaporesso Swag 2 packed in, probably liquid damage. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I was lucky that there happened to be a Vaporesso rep in the shop at the time, great guy who provided me with a free replacement updated model and the shop even gave me a free case. I never even pulled out my receipt! If there's ever a reason to shop local instead of going online and seeing our high streets disappear, it's examples of customer service like this. 10/10 please support this business, they're always super nice in there and they deserve continued success. Thank you!

Convenient and the only vape shop in stowmarket. You can get everything you need if you're quitting cigarettes or even just a vaper. Reasonably priced and competitive with online prices so worth a visit if you can't wait for delivery. Friendly staff as well as friendly owners.
So handy having a vape shop so local. Has the supplies I need - friendly staff also, but a huge thank you to Sabrina who went out of her way to help me when I needed a new vape when mine had broke!

Went in to enquire about RDAs as I've been vaping pod systems and tanks for a couple years now and was interested in pursuing something more hands on. Huge thanks to Brett and Mary who were full of information around the whole subject and even helped me with my first build. Highly recommend
So, dropped my vape in the middle of the road. Glass was shattered Popped in to see if the Vape Shack could help me. They couldn't have done any more for me. Cleaned the broken glass out and tried nearly every glass they had til they found one that fitted. So helpful, and so friendly. Couldn't be more grateful to them, thank you!!

My favourite vape shop. Prices are fantastic and there's a huge selection of liquid and kit. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely make this your go to vape shop!
Extensive range of hardware and liquids, staff are always more than happy to help with any problems or questions you have, and friendly to boot!! Their Facebook page is a great way to interact with them as well. I can't give them enough praise!
