Having visited Hughes many times myself and including family, I have to say I am very impressed by the rental service they provide. They have always been helpful and willing to help save me money - be it rental or even switching my broadband or TV. Will be back!
Went in to Hughes today in Stowmarket to sort out getting Sky TV, we were greeted by Rob the store manager. We explained the kind of package we wanted and Rob showed us what was available. He was very friendly and professional the entire time we were there, Rob gave us a Demo of the new Sky Q box and clearly explained how it all works, he also showed how Sky Go works. After the Demo Rob helped us organize us getting Sky and explained the process. Me and my partner were very happy with the service we received and we would highly recommend the Stowmarket branch and all it’s friendly and professional staff, particularly Rob who was great!
I honestly could not recommend enough, Hughes rentals have been brilliant!! Always on the ball and they will always make sure you get the most for your money! Very helpful & Polite staff!
In light of the proposed lockdown I spoke to Rob at Stowmarket branch to confirm whether Hughes Ltd would still meet their commitment to deliver our new fridge. To my relief Rob assured me that HQ had advised that at this time they would deliver on the date agreed. In going the extra mile for customers I cannot speak highly enough of Hughes Ltd. and its staff.
I had a fridge that was leaking. I went into Hughes and spoke to Rob who gave me tips on how to stop the leak. Thanks to his advice my fridge no longer leaks. Outstanding service.
This is very poor my mum has no TV from Friday to Wednesday she is a pensioner I started giving 1 star now gone to 5 thanks to Rob and the people who helped with getting my mum a tv today even temporary but I'm happy she will be ok
Hughes solved a technical problem with our smart tv. We have used the Stowmarket shop for many years as we always found good deals and everyone in the shop is very professional and friendly.
Didn't have anything in respect of TV/Humax or TV stands that we we seaking, it was all about SKY, very poor for a big company like them, not what I call customer service.
Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff! Was served by Karl who was very friendly and professional! Any questions I asked I would have a good answer in return!
Good place. A very kind and quick service. I am very glad of sending parcel here.
