Tracy the manager in stowmarket is so lovely. Honestly I went in after an aftershave that wasn't in stock she said I could leave my name and number and she would call me when stock come in months passed and I get a phone call out the blue it's Tracy ringing to say they have finally had stock and would I still like some. Cannot rate her customer service enough she really did go above and beyond and I'll always remember that ..
Easy parking for a wheelchair user right outside. Good room inside to view and purchase vast array of stock. Garden centre come to life Feb 25th only gripe only mainstream seed spuds, no specialities like Ratta and salads. Queues at till, young lad opened another immediately. Only reason not 5* is because I wasn't able to purchase all I went for. I will be back next time I'm here.
I had a browse in here yesterday with my mum and found it to be clean and tidy and had a great variety of items. The clothing was very reasonable and looked to be good quality. I also love that you stock the full vegan astonish cleaning range.
Fantastic shop, great variety of items at reasonable prices. The staff during the last 18 months of lockdowns have been truely wonderful; friendly , polite & professional. They embody a real spirit of community in the centre of Stowmarket. Well done QD :

We all know what it is. This store has relatively friendly staff, but like all qd stores, it starts with the Christmas b/s in August all the way to February, and that's so annoying. The hardware section seems to have been reduced .
If you ever look for a bargain step away from this shop. I was unfortunate enough to park at the back of the store after the shop was closed in an empty car park. Realising the shop was closed, I left the carpark within 15mn of arriving. 2 weeks later, I received a £100 fine... So thank you very much and I will make sure I never visit the store again. Just an update on my previous review... I got an answer with advice to write to the customer service department. I duly did and got an automated answer that I would hear back within 72 hours. It was in august, it is now end of september... Maybe customer service is a ghost department.
Staff friendly enough and helpful Love there Christmas lights but not the cheapest anymore
