Good layout, over 3 floors. All manner of quality house and kitchen products.
A few too many stairs but otherwise a great place for cleaning/kitchen/cooking supplies
RUDE STAFF!! Was in here and overheard an older lady at the counter serve a younger lady, she spoke to her co-worker and said she was going to hit the lady because they didn’t have something in stock that she has clearly already paid for. I felt so bad for her. When she conefrontded her she denied it and when the manager got told they didn’t care either!! Absolute disgrace you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

A store where its unlikely you will leave without a purchase. On three floors Lakeland has some very usefull products. Always friendly and helpful staff. Lift available.
My wife and I love this place. Everything you need under one roof for your kitchen. Stock well laid out and easy to walk round lift handy to two more floors. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Lovely shop.
The Lakeland shop still has marking on the floor to help with the flow of customers and partitions at tills. I found all the items I was looking for. Unfortunately, my experience of people was the only downside of my visit. A rather large man was standing in the shop doorway, as though sheltering from non-existent rain and waiting for someone. He failed to recognise that visitors to Lakeland struggled to get around him. Secondly, a woman was so keen to get to the other side of the shop that she almost pushed me out of the way. People!
I love Lakeland. It has so much choice and the stock is very good quality, hence the price! I could spend a fortune in there getting everything I could ever want to prep my kitchen for any occasion. The magazine is great too and it's very popular within my family. Would come here all the time
The staff were so helpful, even fetching Items for me. The goods in store are of very high quality.
All the lovely stuff! Loads of useful bits for the kitchen & home. Helpful & knowledgeable staff too.
