Brilliant salon you have hair, beauty and spa treatments all under one roof. The staff are all very friendly and always make you feel welcome. I have my hair done by Jane who is a fabulous stylist. I also have the waxing mainly by Coutney who is also very good. I have had my nails done too. It's the best salon I have ever been to and always come away feeling pampered and de-stressed. Would highly recommend.

A lovely, friendly  salon with great hairdressers and all the staff really look after you. I've had several beauty treatments too upstairs including a facial, massage  and shellac nails and they have all been brilliant.

If you're looking for a good hair cut or the beautician that's absolutely fine, they are an  excellent bunch and provide excellent service but do not attend for the woman, Samantha Barker for botox/fillers.   If it goes wrong there is no aftercare.  I paid £360 for tear troughs and was left with a large bag under my right eye like a blister. She refused to believe me and suggested that I travel to her clinic which was her home in Rotherham.  Samantha Barker does not have a clinic she attends Vanilla I would say monthly to practice giving botox/fillers and tear troughs to clients.  

She offered me appointments but it was in Rotherham at her home to look at the mess she made of my eye.  The only way she would travel to Vanilla was if I had further treatment, she offered to give me botox and fillers for £490 obviously this would be worth her while.

I have since been to another practice and had my bag removed and my tear troughs done professionally.
