First time ordered from Vanilla Bikes, usually use wiggle or chain reaction cycles but they were a little cheaper so thought I’d give them a go. Deliver time ok, ordered Sunday, received Thursday. However they sent me completely the wrong item. I rang up and woman I spoke to didn’t seem at all surprised and only got a half hearted apology when I said I wasn’t happy about having to reorder and wait for another 3 to 5 days For my item when I was in need of it. Won’t use again, very poor.

My experience: I've ordered a box of energy gels and they arrived 10 days later. For such a simple order, 10 days delivery in the UK seems too much. I complained because it took much more than what is stated in the website (I had to do a long training session without my gels) but I'm not sure I'll get any type of compensation. For online orders I would definitely consider other options that are faster.
