Consistently over the last few months of 4 tills there is only ever 1 open and long queue times 5-8 deep. I’ve visited mainly between 4 and 6pm.
Massive shout out to the lovely member of staff who told us how to get to a great shaded part of the river so our dog could have a paddle and play today as the sun was too hot for walking far. This made his and our day and was service above and beyond. I only popped in for a water but she was so lovely that I thought I would ask her on the off-chance she may know somewhere. She took me outside of the shop and gave really specific directions. Thanks so much, our pooch had a ball and we will definitely be using this shop again.
Well stocked and organised Spa on the way into Milnthorpe. Very tidy.
