This company has the worst customer service that I have every experienced. They have never replied to any e-mails, even though I have checked the address with them, and get a delivery report. On the phone, I have had to phone them 5 times for 1 order - and it's still not all here and each time I get told a different story. Some just complete rubbish - was told it was dispatched the day before by Royal Mail - it turned up 2 weeks later by City Link (with a dispatch day the day before it turned up - 2 wks after told it had been sent!)
