Quite by chance we came across Just the other day A fabulous deli That took our breath away Not only was it a sumptuous treat For our eyes and nose But the whole experience Made us tingle to our toes What was their secret? What made us feel this way? With an earthly perspective It's impossible to say But if like us you are able To appreciate What can never be quantified Then you'll know why this place is great After eating what we had purchased We then went back for more The sensational experience Moved us to our core My slice of veggie pizza The best I'd ever had My partner's pork and apple pie Made him very glad That he'd agreed to our detour To sample this special place For as well as filling our bellies We left with a smile on our face
