As we tried to enter the shop a lady asked my wife to use their anti-bac. My wife explained that she has really sensitive skin and is currently struggling with very sore eczema on her hands and arms with some small cuts. My wife then offered to use her own anti-bac which she knows is more sensitive. The lady then began to explain how she does not know whether my wife's anti-bac will get rid of 'her gems' and that she won't be allowed in unless she uses theirs. Not only was this extremely rude but the manner of how she said it was completely unacceptable. A little human decency would have been great. We had been in several shops on the day along the street and not once having an issue like this. Needless to say we will be finding a way to make a more formal complaint.
