Usually enjoy the food but the customer service itself leaves much to be desired. We ordered a garlic pizza and they failed to mention there were in fact two options: tomato or tomato and cheese. This was not made as clear as it should have been and we were given the wrong one. Upon calling back we were told we should have known there was two options, that basically the mix up was our fault, so instead of any offer of a refund or just the correct pizza to be given for free as is the usual and courteous thing many other businesses do, we instead had to pay extra for the correct pizza to be delivered, basically paying way too much for a mix up which wasn’t our fault. As stated, we usually do enjoy the food and in terms of the delivery they are usually always quick and reliable. We were loyal customers but after this treatment we will not be using this establishment again.
Ordered a pizza last week which was poor, the cheese and toppings were loose on top of the dough, it was just a bland mess. Thought it might be a bad one off so tonight I ordered the kebab box. Took one hour and 15 minutes to be delivered, fair enough it's a Friday night and it's busy. But, all of the food was cold, average for the price and there were only two pieces of chicken in the entire box. Very poor and won't be ordering from here again.

Service has gone down, yet prices have gone up! If you can't keep up with demand, don't offer to provide. Cold food isn't nice, we had to reheat in oven!

Very nice carbonara and the chef is accommodating to personalise your lasagne - in arabiata sauce - its wonderful. Pizza from here is exceptionally good. Thanks chef.
