It was our first visit on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy at the restaurant, and the service was very slow. The waiter took our order after 15 minutes. The burgers and chips were delicious. However, the burgers did not come with a side of chips. So, the burgers were a little overpriced, I afraid. Overall, our experience at Byron Leeds was average.
Arrived quite hungry, the staff were friendly and accomodating to our requests, food took a little long to come but we'll worth it. Burger was succulent and juicy, crispy salad and loads of flavour. Had blue cheese burger was the best burger iv had. Sweet potato fries and skin on fries shared with my husband both equally as nice.
Very nice food and came very quickly and very reasonably priced, especially being a student getting 30% off. Very friendly staff. Only a few vegetarian options for a main but all sounded very nice, the beetroot burger tasted very good. Will definitely come back again.
My family visited Bryon Burgers in Leeds for the 1st time for Mothers day. We were greeted by a lovely smile and a glass of bucks fizz for my wife, which was a lovely and unexpected treat. My request for a specific place to sit was met and we were soon served. The starter was amazing, the milkshakes devine and the main Course very nice. I had the V-Rex being a prescetarian and I was worried the burger would be too mushy and fall apart - thankfully this was not the case. I would definitely visit Bryon Burgers again and can't wait to have the Milkshake Freakshake... Yum Yum.
I came in this evening to redeem a free burger voucher for my birthday. I informed the staff of this on entry as the email said and they explained what I needed to do. My server asked when my birthday was and I told them it was a couple of days ago. So, needless to say the food was excellent, best it’s been for a long time as well. But this is not why I felt compelled to write a review. The two servers surprised me with a free dessert and sung happy birthday to me. I was suitably embarrassed and it definitely brought a smile to my face. These amazing people really went above and beyond. I wish I knew their names, one was blonde haired and the other was brunette, I know, amazing descriptions there. The food was delicious and the service was out of this world.
Extremely disappointed with portions provided. Large portion definitely was a small. Spent £8.50 on a large portion of Mac n Cheese which definitely looked like a small. Various attempts in contacting the restaurant way before closing time and no one picked up. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Tried this place as I had the O2 deal which makes it much better value. We had two vegan beetnik burgers with fries and soft drinks. The food is nice, I'm not sure I would pay full price for it as you can get better vegan burgers for less in town. There are no dairy free desert options. We went on a Friday night and it was quiet and we had two waitresses ask us at least 5 or 6 times of we were ok and if we wanted anything else and then making suggestions. I don't know if this was because we were on the O2 deal so they try to up sell or because it was quiet and they didn't have enough to do but it was a bit much and started to get on our nerves.
Really loved my burger. It was of good quality, and together with the atmosphere here. I would definetly go back when in this area again. The girl was very knowledgeable about glutenfree food, which made it very easy for me to decide. Also, she explained that thet bake the fries seperately and all that staff. It is always a good sign if they tell you this considering celiacs..
Had a quick lunch here outside. An odd aspect is people just walk through the outdoor seating area. The food was good, although the chips seasoning was a bit too much for me. £4 for a soft drink seemed steep without a wedge of lime, but prime location and beef.
We managed to get in without booking on a Saturday which was very unexpected! The food was really tasty, and the service was friendly. While the food was as good as can be, it would not be getting 5 stars had we not had the 30% NHS discount. This is a very expensive restaurant and the discount made it affordable. It is a really good place to eat if you're happy to pay the price.
