Great staff who were very welcoming and great banter on entry , just a shame about the food , possibly the worst pizza I’ve had in the past few years. The pizzas are very cheaply made and crust lacking any sort of flavour. The tomato puree is also very cheap and low quality for a price of 10.90. I’m hoping the other food would have been of better quality was I to order an alternative dish. If prices reflected the quality of food this would have been less of an issue but at 10.90 for a 10 inch pizza I cannot recommend as I have had better frozen pizzas from the supermarket
The chips were rewarmed, included lots of bad potato and absoslutely not fresh. They were so hard they were actually like cardboard. I called the establishment and asked for fresh and they refused and said that the driver was too busy. This is not acceptable sending out badly cooked and low grade food of this standard and it's a shame because the pizza was lovely. I have to say though, this is not the first time that we have had very bad customer service from this establishment.
I ordered 2 wraps £7 and was billed £18. When I asked the manager he said he will give me extra fries which I didn't ask for. I kept quiet for my safety and left quietly. I would never come back again.Food: 3/5
Lovely food tasted fantastic. Absolutely amazing customer service it was my birthday and the staff came out with a surprise garlic bread in shape of a love heart. What a thoughtful gesture free of charge aswell….thank you Best service ever!!Food: 5/5
Was stressed, hungry and tired after my journey from Portugal. I told the staff my Megabus was going to be in 5 minutes. The amazing staff not only had the sense to prioritize my order got it out in under 5 minutes, they also filled up my water bottle free of charge. Thank you so much for your kindness, and I hope your business does very well.
Always order on delivery and even tho I’m a bit out the city centre the pizzas never disappoint. Only ever gotten the square pizzas from here and they are next level 10/10 would recommend it’s so much better than your typical takeaway
Called me after ordering on ubereats saying I would have to pay in cash. I couldn't so said just cancel the order. They've then charged my card the cost of the order anyway.Food: 1/5
Ordered our food at 00.40 it is now 02.00 we told the guy in the phone our address 6 times with the postcode he was adamant he had the correct address but clearly he didn't I rang back at 02.00 he told me the driver was 5 mins away 20 minutes later I get a phone call from the driver saying he is lost I again give him the correct address I ask how long he will be he says I do not know so we have now cancelled our food and is to late to be ordering from somewhere else, poor customer service all round

Ordered a pizza when it came absolutely wrong tried to ring the pizza place ammecably, who was so unbelievably rude on the phone and told me I was wrong and screamed down the phone at me I would strongly recommend anybody with half a braincell not to use this disgusting place to order food its not that the food that came right wasn't OK but the person i spoke to on the phone had the most disgusting demeaner , it was shocking when you ask for 2 pizzas clear as day and they mess up 1 I don't expect to be screamed at down the phone by somebody with the IQ of a vegetable and was genuinely shocked to my core to be screamed at by somebody who shouldn't be aloud to answer a phone, the pizza that came correct was spot on but enraged after speaking to the rude disrespectful person I spoke to over such a simple request about a mistake on there part I can honestly say it was absolutely shocking and will never return to a place who employes such shockingly rude and disgusting people NEVER EVER AGAIN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE
