If I could give zero stars, I would. Michael Morgan takes incompetence to a whole new level. Phone calls are never returned, emails never answered, letters ignored…. In all, I wasted two months trying to obtain Wills that were in his care. I will be making an official complaint to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. It’s nice to see that he still finds the time to regularly update his Facebook and Twitter accounts though. I’m sure that his paying clients appreciate that!

Working with Jo at Vale Solicitors haa been a delight. Our sale and purchase has been handled brilliantly with the process moving very smoothly with queires being answered within a couple of days.  Highly recommended

If you want a efficient speedy service don't bother to use this firm.  I had a sale of my property to a cash purchaser, only me the seller and him the purchaser involved in this transaction.  Extremely stressful and slow, never kept up to date with what was going on and sat on my file for weeks without lifting a finger.  Four months for a property transaction never known anything so slow in all my life.

Absolutely awful unfortunately. I rang twice for some guidance and each time I was informed that the solicitor would return my call and still haven't had any response 4 days later. I was also told by the receptionist that she would also call me back and still nothing from her. I guess a company that makes false promises

Michael Morgan explained all in language I understood, quickly and efficiently. Great service when I needed assistance most.
