First time needing to use a solicitors but staff were lovely and friendly and the process was made really easy. No unexpected surprises, everything was explained well. Would definitely recommend to people.

Polite and friendly greeting as soon as I entered which dispelled my nerves about visiting a new solicitor for the first time! Efficient correspondence by letter and phone keeping me up to date. I would recommend them.

Dreadful service caused us stress, time and money. lots of hidden extras added to bill without consultation. 2 x indemnity insurance at £50 each 2 x money transfer £70 etc. etc altogether cost over £2000 for selling and buying.
