Great customer service - polite, friendly, helpful and not pushy. Good range of cars at reasonable prices. Only reason I didn't buy from them is I saw another car I liked a tiny bit more elsewhere for a similar price. No reflection on them, I would definitely consider them next time I'm looking to change car.

Had a brilliant experience with Cranford motor! James was super helpful on his first day! Needed the car urgently for work was serviced and mot in no time! Both owners were very friendly and got a good deal! Thanks again!

James was and has been amazing. I got my dream car from him which within a few days had a EML come on. Buying an 05 plate car He took it away and took so much time and effort sorting and fixing the problem for me and was so kind and helpful throughout. It's very unassuming at the first glace. I had better customer service than a main dealer. James never gave the hard sell and was in constant contact with some bodywork that needed doing. Carl the bodywork guy / genius knew exactly how, what and when was required. The result was way beyond my expectation. I even found myself staring at the car at sunset to see the stripes of sunlight through the fence and tree branches. Beautiful job Carl. The mirror like finish made me pay attention that the garden needs work now.

Had a great experience. Managed to find a great car with the help of James. He was so lovely, helped me out and made me feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend!

I had my first dealings with Cranford Motors and I have to say, credit where credits due. They were really helpful,  efficient no stress like I've previously experienced with other car repair shops.  The paint job was absolutely fantastic,  and I didn't get ripped off like many garages have habits of doing and for such excellent work and service I will be recommending them very highly and most definitely will be my go to repair shop from here on in. Well done guys, keep up the great work.

Brought a car for my partner from there over a month ago.. the old salesman was naff! But since the new takeover and along with the new salesman james! Really helpful as the car needed some work done to it! He was quick to help, respond to emails and get the issues amended.  Don’t let the old reviews turn you away, this place has really taken a step up with james. Would definitely recommend now!

I posted 2 yrs ago about how good this company was? Well I’ve  recently just purchased my newer vehicle from the new salesman James! What an helpful chap? No rush! No pressure! RE-VAMPED BUSINESS! We saw a car we liked here but we were concerned about the reviews. After a conversation with the Manager we were immediately reassured as changes had happened including previous staff. We received excellent service, firstly we viewed the car alone so no sales pitch.  After a couple of issues which were rectified and we were kept informed of the progress of this until the car was ready, checked and valeted. We bought the car on finance which they sorted out at a very low intetest and helped us with queries we had about the payments etc. They also sorted the road tax online, which we we paid for on the day of collection. Don't be put off by previous comments,  small businesses need supporting. Would definitely buy a car from them now as they have proved their reputation to be very good.
