Paint didn't match, holographic polish marks, bad scratching on new bumper and wheel arch debt not filled or pulled out fully. Seems like there is no quality checks after job is completed. Rectification work was done and hire car provided. However the car came back with a new defect where there is a piece of debris under the paint. Therefore awaiting for a repair at my home location. Staff are friendly and helpful but quality and inspection is lacking. So won't be coming back. Review will be updated once rectification work has been completed
I received fantastic service. My car was collected when they said it would be and was returned when they said it would be. The body repairs and spraying are totally undetectable. I was kept up to date, by both phone and email, right through the process of initial contact right through to completion of the work. I'm very impressed with this thoroughly professional company.Services: Painting
This is the worst garage ever, avoid this place like a plague, absolutely useless and full of cr**. Take your car anywhere else and avoid having your time wasted.Service: Painting
No real issues but Solus is a long way from where I live. I was grateful that they both took the vehicle away and delivered it back but there was a delay on the return due to a lack of available drivers. Next time i need a claim based repair I trust that Aviva will let me use the repairer that is nearbyServices: Painting
I was impressed with the courteous nature of everybody, particularly the assessor. I would however say that the main switchboard number is very overworked so that the average time to actually speaking to someone is 8 minutes, and then you need to be put through to the person who wanted to speak with you in the first place. The total time on the phone is often more than 15 minutes, this is very frustrating when at work. As for the repair of the car, although nearly 10 years old still runs sweetly and one can't see the join so am really impressed with the work that was done.Service: Body & Trim
