Riverside Autos Ltd is a car sales and service centre situated in Stowmarket, Suffolk. We usually have 100 cars in stock, from small hatch backs to top of the range luxury saloons and 4x4's. We offer all kinds of workshop services from complete engine rebuilds to regular maintenance and MOT repairs. Riverside autos have recently bought another business offering similar services to Riverside along with a fuel station and a reputable body repair shop. Part exchange is available on all cars. Pay by cash, debit card, credit card, cheque / bankers draft or HP the choice is yours! Finance can be arranged on nearly all of our stock and all vehicles over £1000 come with a 12 month warranty included in the price of the car. All vehicles are prepared up to and above MOT standards. After a long search and extensive research for a new car I took a call from Jamie, he advised that the BMW was available and after a very disappointing test drive with another dealer I turned up at Riverside. What a refreshing change of pace, honestly the best car sales service I have ever received. As I walked the car and mentally noted some paint issues and slight damage, Jamie appeared and without hesitation or me even opening mouth he walked the car and told me all the work that will be completed at prep wow. No additional costs, no hidden fees. Next was a test drive and I noted the car pulled a little Jamie reassured me that this will be fully investigated and after reviewing the previous MOT Jamie instilled confidence that the previous advisories will be rectified. I have received a detailed email with all works we have discussed and I have now ordered the car.nSo far 100% happy, 100% confident with the service and can not wait for my new car to arrive.
Excellent experience. I recently had the dissapointment of another garage selling off a car I travelled 2 hours to go see - I confirmed a test drive yet arrived as they were doing the paperwork - so I was a extra sceptical going forward. I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted, and the team at Riverside was super communicative, honest/straight-to-the-point and helpful. They collected me from the station, accommodated the test drives and delivered the car in good time and great condition. I'd easily return in future.
Riverside Autos in Stowmarket provided excellent customer service when we were looking to purchase a Kia Sportage car . Jamie answered all my questions abt the Sportage and after a test drive we bought the car straight away.nGreat price, very friendly and helpful staff.n5 Stars from me .
I absolutely cannot fault the team at Riverside Autos. I bought a beautiful Jaguar xf last year and unfortunately it had a reoccurring electrical problem. The team at Riverside Autos have been amazing with me. First class communication throughout and a very positive can do attitude to the problem. Buying a car is a minefield regardless of make,model, age or miles but I would have absolutely no hesitation in buying from Riverside again. First class service....Special mention to Toby and Sam who have dealt with me throughout. Gold standard customer service
An excellent buying experience with very professional and customer focused team. Insisted on preparing the car very thoroughly including changing the clutch and some other work just in case it was needed in the future. Toby was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
