Recently bought an Audi TT Mk1, so my first experience with VAS. Cambelt, water pump change. Nice guys, good service and reasonable pricing. Hope this is the start to good working relationship.
The team is fantastic! I can't recommend them enough! We had a 2015 Golf with a broken heater matrix. VW main dealer in Norwich quoted over a grand just for fitting! Told us the dashboard needs to come out, at least a day and a half in the workshop, and it's a two man job! I then called these absolute legends. The guy on the phone explained they can do the job in 5 hours and keep the dashboard in. We dropped the car off at 9:00AM, there was some confusion as they thought we were supplying the part completely my fault. Zero issues, they ordered the parts, and about 5 hours later, got a call to say we can collect. Half the price of VW with the part included. Outstanding!Service: General repairs & maintenance
At the time I thought the service provided was excellent and good value for money. Had to return my car a number of times shortly afterwards due issues after the work was carried out and it’s never been the same sense.Service: General repairs & maintenance
Luke provided me with an excellent level of service - far better and far more cost effective than both the Norwich and Kings Lynn Audi main dealers - in fact all in, it cost 82% less than the main dealers quoted price of £384 to fit a headlight bulb! Using VAS is a no brainer!
reached out on facebook for work to be done to car and was told to phone, did so, no answer, left message, no reply, went back to facebook, now ignored.
Great Experience at VAS. Mark was direct and professional. Workshop was immaculate . DSG & Engine service, and a return visit to sort Bushes and Brakes. Had my MK5 GTI cambelt replaced here 3 years ago, and just yesterday my Scirocco's. Fantastic service at a great price, and a really friendly bunch. Would not hesitate to use VAS again.
Very efficient and professional, had oil and filter replaced for a competitive price using genuine parts. Would return in future , highly recommend for a VAG car.
