Absolutely brilliant experience with Flowers from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. Will was on hand near-constantly to answer any questions or talk through any changes I wanted. Flowers even took my impatience into account and managed to find me an earlier fitting date. The vinyl floors look incredible and the job was so perfectly done. It is impossible to get this kind of service from the chains and I'm so grateful that there's independent, family run places like Flowers. Brilliant. Thank you so much.

Brilliant service supplying and fitting carpets throughout most of the house, and very good value. Nothing was too much trouble, even having to urgently fix problems with floors discovered when old carpets taken up. Very professional, courteous and friendly - and a brilliant job done. Would definitely recommend!
