My son bought his first car for his 18th birthday from this company. They addressed any issues with the car and rectified them before we collected it. We did have one issue with the car once my son had brought it home and contracted them straight away. They went out if their way to try and remedy the issue but we did need outside help which they were happy for us to do as it was under warranty. I would just like to say thank you for all your help as my son loves the car and didn't want to give it up. As a company you went out of your way to solve any issues and to make sure my son had a safe car to drive. I was wary to begin with after reading some of the reviews but I suppose you can't please everyone, myself and my husband have been happy with professional and friendly service we received.

WARNING - PLEASE READ: Bought a care from here in November. Took car to local garage to have leaky valve on tyre repaired. Garage discovered both rear shocks had gone, one so badly it would have failed the AA Warranty inspection; the reason we purchased the car was due to their logo and guarantees blazoned across the forecourt. They also discovered that a rear break caliper had seized, even though all 4 brake discs and pads had been replaced recently. The AA Warranty had only just expired but I called them to let them know as this is a serious problem, selling unroad-worthy cars with their logo guarantee on the vehicle. The AA couldn't care less - the young lady I spoke with argued every point and was not interested at all to the point you would have thought she owned the bloody company, continuously arguing in defence of the AA. THE AA GUARANTEE OF SAFETY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AA - THE AA DO NOT CHECK THE CARS - THE AA COULDN'T CARE LESS AND ARE HAPPY FOR USK WAY MOTORS TO CONTINUE USING THEIR LOGO AS A GUARANTEE OF SAFETY AND QUALITY KNOWING THAT THE CARS ARE NOT ROAD-WORTHY - USK MOTORS ARE USING A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CHECK CARS PROPERLY - THIS WHOLE SET UP IS FRAUD - DO NOT BUY FROM USK WAY MOTOR CENTRE

Went to view a car and they were very unorganized.They did order some parts for the car to improve the cosmetics at my request, how ever having to be driven to there other garage when I had rang to arrange a viewing and had been assured it would be at the main (new) site is unprofessional. They did put a new MOT on the car. Due to them over looking a part that needed replacing I nearly didn't get my car on the agreed pick up day, having already canceled my other insurance. I was ensured that the car had been fully serviced. This was not the case, a week after driving the car it started to intermittently miss fire, minor service the car (fuel,oil,air filter). The air filter was black and full with crude, the petrol filter had clear weathering age and the oil its self was almost a very dark brown. Not characteristic for the oil grade for this engine. Sadly this did not fix the miss fire, this has lead to the discovery by my mechanic that a spark plug had been put in the car incorrectly and it had become stuck, along with this the whole set of incorrect spark plugs had been fitted in the car. This meaning ether a. they did not do a service at all (aka never looked) MOST LIKELY or b.fitted the wrong spark plugs for an unknown reason. I asked them to tax it whilst I was there, I paid. They did it so I thought. Nearly three months in to driving the car I had a letter from DLVA saying the car was untaxed, rang them to confirm and they said it is untaxed. Rang the garage and they had no record of taxing the car, luckily I had saved all the receipts. There one saving grace was they did sort this with in a day as I made it very clear this was unacceptable. It was resolved by me having to pay for an extra three months tax. I have emailed the garage to explain my situation since getting the car in end of April this year. That was three weeks ago at the very least,I feel that is enough time to reply. I have heard nothing, an apology would have sufficed. All in all I will not return to this garage!
