After much searching for a Mini for my wife, I found one at Usk Car Company which looked like a good one. Nick and his team were very helpful, both on the phone and in person, even picking me up from the train station as I had to come a long way for it. Pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

If you want to get ripped off this is the place to head! Bought a car only for it to breakdown shortly after. I requested a repair, they replied with abuse.

Bought a car from here only to find the rear wiper mechanism wasn't working when I got home...on the same day. Contacted the owner and said he can't do anything to rectify the issue because apparently one of his mechanics has done a 25 point health check (which he has not). I would NOT recommend this garage to anyone as they are not prepared to offer any kind of after sales service even for something so simple. Best Avoid!

I can HIGHLY recommend the exceptional service I was given whilst choosing a car with Usk Car Company. Nick was extremely helpful, polite, courteous and went over and above board to get us a deal on the vehicle we really wanted, nothing was too much trouble. The before and after sales so far has been outstanding!
