New owners are doing a brilliant job so hopefully all those visitors who have had a bad experience over the last couple of years will come back to Usk for fantastic freshly cooked fish and chips. All in a box so no messy papers to peel off the batter. Update. Looking very scruffy and uninviting. Dead plants and cracked dirty windows. Hopefully the food is still ok but wouldn't want to eat from here now.

Nice customer service, chips were ok, little miscommunication on how I was served the chips, was going to take out but easier to just sit and eat couldn't close my tray due to peas put on the inside of my the lid no drama put no napkins on the table pet hate of mine especially when you've got a beard. Really nice guys though hope they do well.

Terrible service. Phoned up instead of being told what they didn't have they brought us half of our order and still charged us more than full price! Food was stone cold. Rung delivery driver he wouldn't come back and refund us or take food back or give us any money back even tho we only had half our order because he reckon it would cost too much petrol. If you don't have it don't sell it simple! RIP OFF!! And terrible food and staff. WOULD NOT recommend.

Well worth the wait for freshly cooked cod and chips - very tasty. Served in a box so that the batter didn't stick to paper
