As always, excellent service when I rented a mobility scooter for my stay in Cirencester.
Wife became very ill over christmas and left with significant mobility issues. Went to the shop for a range of items and advice and staff were always extremely helpful. Hired a scooter to see if it would be right for her and again staff helped with the right model for our needs. Hired the scooter for aprox 2 months and ended up buying one. When returning the scooter the staff were prompt, efficient and even though I was missing a front torch had no problem in refunding the whole deposit a real surprise and certainly not expected as we were at fault. I cant recommend the ship highly enough - not the cheapest around but you pay for what you get - the right advice and outstanding customer service. Great team - keep it up will certainly be coming back for more.
