Second time they've got my order wrong, was told it was my fault for not specifying no cheese on my burger when I picked the one without cheese, refused to refund or offer a free one, very disappointed, recommend ordering elsewhere

On Google it says that this shop is open until 1am I phoned up at 12:03 and there was no answer so thought fair enough and then I phoned again at 12:15 and when I got an answer a woman with no phone manners at all really rude, I asked her if they deliver to where I live and then she put me on hold for 5mins, and then comes back on the phone to say they are closed so when I say that it says they are Still open I had attitude off the woman, then she said they are closed again and I told her they want to update their website then and she put me on hold again for a further 5 mins and then hung up without saying anything. Rude! I will certainly not be ordering from there in future.. I didn't even get to try food because they obviously closed earlier than meant to! That doesn't bother me it's the fact I was spoken to like crap!
