Absolutely love my new carpet and vinyl from Urmston Carpet Warehouse! I went there after looking at several websites and I was not disappointed. They have a massive range to choose from and are very competitive on price. The staff are helpful and friendly, giving good advice without being pushy. The carpet fitters, Nathan and David were very efficient, did an excellent and tidy job, even put some of my furniture back for me! Well done and thank you to all concerned. I will certainly recommend Urmston Carpet Warehouse to my family and friends.
Five stars all the way. A good £300 cheaper than anywhere else. Carpets fitted within a week of having the them measured. Highly recommended
As flooring shops go, this is a good one. We saw them online when looking for cheap vinyl for our shed and got reeled in by the post about low cost per meter. We ended up with a roll end that was exactly the right size that we needed for a very reasonable price. It cost us about the same for one from B&Ms but this was clearly better quality. Definitely worth a visit.
Went to this store despite some negative reviews on their customer service. Got measurements for carpet and laminate, that was the extent of their service to me. Apparently there was a problem with the laminate measurements and a fitter MIGHT have to see the job. Predictably, no one contacted me to arrange a visit or to update, which was not a surprise. I visited three stores looking for quotes and this place was the worst for customer service. Did not received a quote from them and no help choosing carpet and laminate. Thankfully I have found another store that meets my needs and who value ALL customers.
Lovely place, couldn't recommend this place highly enough. The guys in there are great to talk to and very experienced, they know their job. I felt very confident when I came out. So many carpets and vinyl. So much so I'm getting my carpet from them. Gorgeous choices in there, oh & btw they sell all sorts of flooring not just carpet. Just had Jason round to measure up, really nice guy no messing about really good at his job. Can't wait now to get my carpets fitted. As I said get in there, go for it. They are superb 12/10/22 Just had my carpets fitted, they look amazing to me. The fitters were so efficient too, no messing about got on with the job, I'm so happy with my purchases. Thank you Urmston Carpets & fitters.
Returning customer to Urmston Carpets. Their service has been amazing both times over. Jason especially has helped us massively with different options on carpet and hard wood flooring. Quick turn around, lots of options and super tidy. Highly recommended.
Update: After reading this review, they called me and offered to pick up the waste, so I have now given them 4 stars. Good customer service in the end. Thanks. I wasn't informed in advance that the carpet fitter would not be taking any of his waste with him. This wouldn't be an issue with one room but on a job for a three bedroom house this is a lot of waste. I was basically told "this is how it works" and that they don't have a waste licence. I'm afraid I won't be going back.
Had laminate fitted in the main bedroom and new stairs carpet. The fitter, Kaan, did a brilliant job and I couldn’t be happier. Great service in the shop too. Highly recommend!

Great carpet price. Great customer service better than my own experience with carpet shops found on retail parks. Clear instructions to have the rooms as clear as possible, fitter arrival times etc. Fitter done an excellent job.
