Terrible service, worst customer service in any letting agency. Due to dodgy boiler fitting I suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning. Moved out and have not received any deposit or monies back. Avoid at all costs.

Urban properties first found me just a tenant over the last 4 years I now use them to rent my and my husbands property using a full management service and rent guarentee scheme Over the years I have a strong faith in James,Rita And Nick. In relation to repairs they report repairs needed and always ask permission before going ahead and the repairs are a reasonable cost. All in all a great trustworthy services. Well done guys.

My views of this place may change in the future but the way things stand right now, they seem to have gone off the rada. Ignoring my complaints and not answering the phone during working hours, also promoting several numbers across social media and none of them being correct or connecting. It's been 3 months of me trying to get my heating fixed and I've had nothing. My house is freezing - my en suite is now flooded out! I'm being ignored. I'm at a loss of what to do!

Excellent service as promised. Home's exactly as described on pictures and even better when viewed. I can't wait to move in my property. It's my new home and all thanks to urban properties!!!!
