Popped in for something quick and was greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Vanessa made me feel super welcomed and it made me want to hang around the shop for longer just to prolong the experience. Super super pleased and impressed and will definitely be coming in more regularly because of this experience. :-
literally the sweetest most down to earth staff ever, every time i’ve got something i’ve had a cute little conversation with the staff on the tills and they always make me feel so comfortable so i thought id write a review so they can see it and know it doesn’t go unappreciated :
the staff at the fitting room area are not helpful, i came out after trying on 6 clothes, wanted to keep only 1 and gave back the 5. found out they don’t organise the clothes by themselves and was visibly struggling to organise the 5 clothes. the staff saw me squatting down to sort the clothes and was very visibly struggling. i was right beside her and she just looked down, ignored to help and continued to look away. after, another man that tried on a pile of clothes, gave them back and staff accepted them and even said thank you.
Staff was seriously rude, so disappointing. I would love to blame it on being busy, but the store was empty - they simply could not be bothered to do their jobs or be polite. Not cool.
I ordered a bag online and went to go pick it up, but they said they never received it. They told me to wait two days and come back and they still did not get they said there was nothing could do About it, they Weren’t helpful at all. The customer service is not the best, but the clouds are quite nice.
I recently visited the store to return items from two separate orders, both containing identical products. Unfortunately, due to a mistake made by one of your staff members, the items intended for return were incorrectly processed into the wrong order. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of the store staff, there was no attempt to rectify the error, and I was advised to seek assistance from online customer service.
BEST SERVICE EVER. Always love going to urban in Leeds- great service and gorg clothes too. Big shoutout to Izzy for their exceptional help/service with my recent order- went above & beyond. Made my day- thank you!
A lovely vibe with even nicer staff!! Michelle in particular went out of her way to really chat to us and make our experience great!! will definitely be going back to catch up and shop ;
I was served by Katie. She was polite, approachable and friendly and helped me with joining urban rewards. Sadly, I don’t have student discount anymore so a signup to the rewards with 10% off is great when buying a fair bit! Would recommend joining the rewards if you haven’t already.
The clothes here are beautiful and the design is great. But I don't quite understand why you need to organize and hang up your clothes after trying them on. I suppose it's not the job of the staff here to sort clothes?
