I visited Hollister Trinity yesterday. I passed out in the queue for the changing room and everyone was so very kind and helpful! In particular the girl working on the changing room section was super accommodating and kept checking that I was okay. I’d usually be embarrassed when this happens in public but I wasn’t for a second thanks to their really wonderful staff - thank you again so much! :
Went into trinity store today, young blonde with long pony tail helped me today and was fabulous about 20 years old, polish descended x
Picked up around 5 dresses and couldn’t try any on because the fitting rooms were closed 40mins before the shop closed. There was no one else in the store and only two members of staff. One of which was stood doing nothing - frustrating
I shop for my wife's birthday every year at this time and I always receive the best help and support from the assistants. I was even advised about a very worthwhile money saving offer on ladies underwear. Lovely staff, and products.
Waiting 20 minutes at the till for getting somebody help me to collect my online order while plenty of staffs are just being occupied with walking around and chatting with each others. You cannot call them rude but considering the complexity of customer’s request and their “yes we’re ignoring you” work attitude maybe they just don’t like anybody who didn’t spent money in their store despite you purchased with their brand online. So why not just cancel the service called “in-store collection” as there is no “service” at all.
Nice collections with huge and attractive variety like T-shirts found in Hollister I didn't found same stuff anywhere till also Huddies Jeans top jackets all stuff is amazing
Really messy store on the inside. Overall, I don't like the darkness and interior of the Hollister stores. The clothing was of Shein quality, which really says something about Hollister more than Shein. It wasn't very good and the offering was below average.
The only reason I gave this store a 2 star because one of the staff was kindly trying to help me with the refund while helping another customer as well. Whereas the manager/ in-charged was just rude and unwelcoming! Have clarified with hollister customer service that return can be made on contactless! Will never return to that store again! Shocking the way the manager spoke to me! Avoid at all cost! There are other hollister store with good customer service but this place.. nah!
Brilliant experience clothes are high quality lots of options for both men and women got a lovely Christmas gift for someone which they loved. Plenty to choose from great service prices are moderate but it is a designer brand so they are on the higher side but are fully worth the price
Good deals on their clothing. Waited in the queue to pay. Customer assistant knew that I was standing there waiting to be served. Looked at me and turned her back on me fiddling with clothes. After patiently waiting and contemplating on walking out. She decides to then serve me. Customer service skills could do with a little brush up as someone who has worked in retail myself.
