The short woman with red hair was so ignorant and rude to me today. I went to buy a banana and so I picked my drink and went to the banana bowl (by the till). The bananas looked gross so I didn't have one but I stood by the till waiting, I stood there whilst she served someone else and when she finished she told me that I am standing in the wrong place and made me stand back in a queue of 5 people even though I was there first. I was also there before the man she served Stella to at 8:30 in the morning. We all had to wake up early this morning there's no need to be an ignorant, condescending woman because you make coffee for a living. I feel like they need a good manager here to whip the staff into shape, so unimpressed.

Had to pay twice for the same coffee because the guy behind the counter kept insisting he 'had not put it through the til" even after I showed him my bank statement saying I had paid twice at exactly 10.15 he still insisted he was right. That is what you call terrible service.

Tried one of the breakfast baps. After pointing out that they had served the wrong one, the replacement was disgusting. Cold in the middle and tasteless. Keep away from these. Coffee was poor as well.
