I feel terrible I've forgotten the name of the lady, she was working this afternoonFriday 5th april her customer service firstly was wonderful and a pleasure to get a coffee from there today. Secondly the coffee was amazing! Vanilla latte. Delicious. Food: 5/5
Food is superb! Sandwiches are fresh and really really delicious! If you haven't tried their tuna mayonnaise sandwich believe me you're missing out!!! Not to mention, the bread itself tastes so fabulous!

The food we got at Upper Crest was very good. The sandwiches looked like homemade. Weronika was smiling and very helpful in selecting sandwiches. She told us what the sandwiches are made of and which ones she recommends. Super nice service and staff. 5stars!!Food: 5/5
Weronika was an absolute star today. Grabbed a cup of tea before my train back home and the service by her was brilliant. Gave me all different milk options so that my cup of tea can be up to my liking. Will definitely be coming back!
