Very rude member of staff I asked twice for takeaway cups , when I was given pot dine in cups, I reminder her I Wanted takeaway she responded with can you hear with those headphones on poured my coffee in to takeaway cups then purposely put them at the other end be of the counter , with a very rude smile moved on to the other customer. When you arrive back from Holiday with lots of cases and children the last thing you need is an awkward coffee person making your day harder very rude would not go back .
I don’t always write a review but I felt I needed to on this occasion. I had a great experience at Caffe Ritazza. Gui was very friendly, attentive and helpful. I ordered a cappuccino which was delicious!!! The place was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. Really recommend Caffe Ritazza in Leeds Bradford airport!
I was served by Ruta this morning. A great friendly service was provided by her. Sandwich was tasty and my hot latte, perfect. Would definitely recommend Caffe Ritazza.Food: 5/5
Just been here to get some drinks and Zarin the worker suggested 2 drinks to cool us down. Amazing lady made she's chatty easy to get on with and the drinks were amazing.Food: 5/5

Served by Zarin who does an excellent job as always. I usually go for an americano coffee with milk but this time she recommended oat milk with the coffee and it certainly delivered. I haven't tried the food yet so can't comment on that but coffee is always great.Service: 5/5
I love coffee from Ritazza. Their coffee is the best. Great customer service from all the team. Gui, Rahima, Joanna, Zareen and all the team. I work at the airport so whenever iam in Ritazza's coffee is a must to start my day.

A girl named Ruta was very sweet and welcoming at ridiculous hour at night.. she made me strong flat white. Just what i needed after my night flight was diverted to Manchester. Strong coffee , lovely smiles, great experience overall.Food: 5/5
