Ideal if you're on a diet, nearly 2 hours wait for delivery. Was literally told to EFF OFF by a lovely gentleman when I tried to complain. Shame really because we like the food but we won't ever use them again.

Extremely disappointed we are regular customers and have being for years we had a delivery on 25/1/18 and waited 2 hours for delivery we rang the shop twice and was told the food was out for delivery but still took 2 hours to get to us and we live 15 mins max from saturday market in beverley. We were told to ring back if there was a problem with the order and obviously there was as when the food was delivered it was cold we tried to ring the takeaway back but was constantly engaged so had to reheat the food ourselves. We then rang to order from them today 1/2/18 and told the staff member on the pone about our last delivery he then past us on to another staff member who apparently could remember our order from 1 week ago and repeatedly said we did not wait 2 hours for the food and it was not cold when it got to us how he knew this i don't know? Considering we were regular customer i was treated like a liar on the phone and was repeatedly met with hostile responses from the staff member on the phone unless we receive an apology from the store or acknowledgement of their mistake we will no longer order from here or recommend to friends, its a shame to see a business we have always used go down the drain due to rude staff.

Rip off. Charge £1 more than the menu price every time you order. When you question it they turn nasty. 1 star only cos I can't give zero.

Been there forever.. love it.. guys who work there are miserable but you go there for the food not to chat with them..
