Secluded site by a small boatyard and marina. Attractive lakeside pitches.

Situated round a lake in a ex lime quarry. Facilities good. Lots of wildlife including a kingfisher we spotted at edge of lake. The lake is salt lake. Lots of walks either in the countryside or towards Weston super mare. Hard standing pitches and grass pitches. EHU. Is next to a working boat yard but we were not disturbed. Will be back as this is a great base. Cycleway goes all down the coast. We walked as far as the bridge over Ax darker evening meant we had to turn back. Visited both pubs in the village price of beer slightly higher. Food available but we didn't plan that. There is also a cafe at the boatyard.

Fabulous! Lovely views, lots of great walks and a stones throw from the beach and a couple of great pubs. Better for couples and older kids because of the lake.
