I used to come to Universal years ago before moving to another area of the city. I was always delighted with my trims and new styles however my timings never worked to allow me to head over for regular appointments. Whilst I appreciate I’m the fussiest of customers, the only stylist and team who has ever accurately listened and delivered what I’ve described each and every time is Nikki. She just gets it! I never have to head home to restyle or to remove spiky little hairs. Thank you Nikki for the consultation. Thank you for the fantastic hair style. Fantastic place, staff and yet still nicely cheap for men's haircut and washing,  costing £17. Worth it!

Lovely hairdressers. Came here by recommendation and was not disappointed. Hair washed and trimmed very nicely. Salon is lovely and clean and they are taking all the relevant precautions in covid times. They have changed their opening hours to help with Covid so worth ringing if you aren't sure :
