My son got his first haircut here and now been a customer for 4 years! The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. The children can sit in a car or a chair. Lots to entertain the children , from movies to video games. Reasonable prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've been taking my munchkins here over a year and it's absolutely brilliant. The car seats distract my boy and I can sit on the salon chair with my little girl on my lap whilst she gets her hair cut. It's quick, easy and the service is always second to none. Thank you team shortcuts :-
Both my children had a FANTASTIC experience today at the salon!!! We are absolutely amazed at how nice the staff was and how well prepared to deal with toddler tantrums they were!!! Would definitely recommend ShortCuts to ANYONE with children aged 1-2 for now!.Service: Kids' cuts
I usually go there for my 4 year old son and they are good. Today went there in the afternoon to get the hair cut done for my little one. My little one was not feeling comfortable, with kids you have to be very gentle but unfortunately tom cruise was in rush. he completely ignored my request when I asked him to get me the tissue so that I can clear my little one face. I asked him twice but no response from as if Im talking in Japanese. Little one was crying so I had to ask other staff to get me the tissue; one of the lady did help me to get the tissue so I could use it. Im not coming again. Thanks for your service and if I had to come won't go to the Tom cruise. Thanks
Not great with Autistic Children. Took my son here, he has marks on the back of his neck and the haircut unfinished. One lady just stood in the corner staring. No interaction with my child at all. Would not recommend.Service: Kids' cuts
My son has additional needs and the lady that cut his hair was wonderful so understanding and patient with him. He loved the cars as a bit of a distraction will definitely be going back

Lovely hairdressers designed for kids. The cars and tvs make it a lot less traumatic experience. Eli had his 2nd haircut ever and it was much better than the 1st experience. Georgia was incredibly patient with him even though he wanted to get down we persevered in a calm manner and that defiantly put Eli at ease. Will be back!
Daughter 8 very nervous about getting her hair cut, but was well looked after. Good advice from the stylist. Will go again.
We love this place. Brilliant haircuts by lovely hairdressers who are great at working with children with additional needs.
