AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. They might brag about having over 2 million reviews on eBay but majority if not all are most likely a scam. Bought an iPhone from this seller, with 12 months warranty, but after 7 months, the item proved to be defective. Apple said there is a hardware issue inside the phone. The phone suddenly stopped working and now the seller won't honour the 12 month warranty. Having seen so many other negative reviews about this seller, I was reluctant to send the phone back by post, as one seller did, and got no response thereafter. I requested if I could deliver the phone in person and resolve the issue. The seller refused to give me this option. Every email I send to them, they are very generic in their responses and don't address every point. I asked for a phone number as the phone number they provided on their website goes straight to the answer machine, and again, I was denied this request. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever received.

Total and utter thieving scum bags.. Allowed me to return the useless phone they sold me, then ceased all communications, thus stealing the phone and my dosh. I'm sure by the time the law catches up with them they will have disappeared. Don't buy anything from these, and if you have, for Pete's sake, don't return it!! We are currently taking the matter up with the police.

Stay well clear. Scam of a company. I bought a refurbished iphone which never arrived and they refused a refund. If it wasn't for the fact that I paid by Pay Pal I would have lost my money. Pay Pal investigated my complaint and found in my favour. I gave them a 1 star because there is no option to give none.

Bought an iPhone 5s just before Christmas last year and it’s had faults about a month after I got it. Sent it back a few months later and it has stickers which they claim I put in there or another 3rd party did so the warranty is apparently invalid. Asked for a phone call or a message/email back and I haven’t gotten any. Not happy at all, avoid at ALL costs. 😡😡😡

Universal gadgets is a phony company please do not buy products from them. I bought a iphone and within 1 week I sent it back but they sent a damaged phone with broken screen and blame it on me. Please stay away from this company.
