To the manager to staff all useless, this branch needs a serious make over, extremely unfriendly, customers can be waiting in the queues for 10minutes plus whilst they are dealing with one customer and no member of staff has the audacity to ask if you need anything or the member of staff to call for extra staff to assist at the tills, go Beckton avoid this branch. People like them make businesses close down and then wonder why they dont have a job.
The worst experience ever , customer is very weak and unsatisfied. Don’t buy anything from here . For this branch I hated the brand nnFew months back I bought a mixer grinder with extra paid warranty but within a month the product got compliant and I contacted the consumer service which unsatisfied response and later I visited this Heathway branch and gave it back my product and they said it replaced product reached within a week . But I wait around 3 months . I don’t received anything from their side and after 4 months I revisit the shop and they replied the product not available I have to purchase different products. Such a horrible experience and we won’t agree with that they gave me a coupon worth below my actual price range . Such a worst customer service ever .
Helpful friendly staff member who was kind enough to help load the freezer into car.
I bought a laptop online picked it up in the shop. The laptop was defected so I brought it back after Xmas and spoke to the lovely lady on the tills. She couldn’t have been more friendly helpful and reassuring. The techie guy she called him ran a check to cover that protocol and told her just to refund me because it would take too long to send it off etc., I was delighted because that’s what I wanted a refund. I must say all in all there was a very positive vibe in the shop, all the staff were friendly and jolly. The blonde lady on the till though she is great!
The store is well stocked and is very spacious with generous room to move about and make decent choices but the staff ratio is very poor, however the staff who attended to us was kind helpful and patient. Overall we were quite pleased with the service.
