As a new patient the staff are so lovely and very helpful but as classed as a vunerable patient and work fulltime trying to book a covid jab is a total nightmare constantly trying to book when I can with nothing on offer and have had to book a flu jab with a local pharmacist . Please offer those in need a date and time not fighting to get a slot as we have to work and not watch my phone 24/7.
I just spent 1 hour 25 minutes and 218 attempts to get through to be told no appointments left start the process again tomorrow. What kind of customer service is this? and people wonder why hospital waiting rooms are full. If you can't see a doctor what choice do people have !!
Generally Unity Health in Chinnor is excellent and we count ourselves lucky compared to the horror stories we hear from personal contacts and newspapers about the lack of GPs in, say, Bicester and Didcot. Yes, the phones are busy at 8.30 in the morning - where isn't? But Unity offers plenty of telephone appointments as an alternative to FTF and you are never left waiting weeks for an appointment or feeling that you are being denied a referral because the practices' budget is under strain. My only slight bugbear - why are all 5 branches closed for "training" on a Wednesday afternoon? Why not keep at least one open, so people can make bookings or check if their test results are in?
Having recently moved to the area, I am very pleased that I registered with Unity. In the short time I've been with them, I have experienced care above and beyond what I have expected and experienced at previous GPs. Very helpful reception staff and GPs in my own experience thus far.
Unity health is awful one of the worst surgerys you will come across, you can't get through one because they love to sit and chat instead of answering the phone, 2 you can't get through cause the line is so busy, then when you do get through you can't get a telephone call or appointment because most the time there is only one doctor working! So most the time they want you to see a nurse which is no good. The receptionist are so rude especially Anna wynburne always rude on the phone and in person awful place
Very disappointed with this surgery. I'm disabled with multiple disabilities and illnesses but to either get an appointment or get a receptionist is IMPOSSIBLE! so under staffed its stupid.
Awful can't get through to them, can't get appointments, some doctors rude and uncaring
Have called all morning now 9.15 still lines busy I have called 17 times really bad at answering phones brilliant doctors tho
I have found all the doctors and staff here very knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful over 3 years with my two elderly parents. Thank you!
It’s not the best health center you can register with ... it’s okay that’s all I can say.
