absolutely disgraceful service if you can go as far as to even call it a service! I was breathless wheezing head ach bad ear temperature of almost 39 and I called to get appointment but was refused the best they could do was a phone call.i went to the surgery and again dispit showing clear illness and concern I was yet again refused but not because there was an emergency or because they dr was with another person but because he was busy on the phone making appointments? surly this is a receptionists job?? only to call 111 and told I NEED to be seen in less than 6 hours or call 999. what a joke!
