I found this website whilst browsing through an old House Beautfiul magazine and I'm so glad that I did! The service I received was second to none, the lady who took my telephone call was so friendly and helpful, my nerves about ordering furniture online were gone. She knew so much about the furniture, gave me such good advice and even design tips! My furniture arrived on the day it was booked for and the courier even unpacked it for me to make sure there was no damage. I had mirrored furniture so this was reassuring. The furniture is really good quality and looks amazing in my bedroom. I will definitely be back for some furniture for my lounge!

Awful service, please read bebefo you consider using them. We purchased a dining room table from them recently. There was an issue with delivery - they expect you to help manoeuvre the furniture yourself (its in the small print). After expressing my concerns an extremely rude member of staff responded by basically saying I should have read the T&cs and she will just cancel the order!! I stated how appalled I was at this service and said I would reflect this in my review. She went on to accused me of trying to blackmail them! I demanded to speak to a manager. He rang up and didnt even apologise for that member of staff being so rude and unprofessional so I can only assume he condoned that behaviour. Finally when delivery was arranged I waited in all day, the driver didn't bother to turn up. He turned up the next day 2.5hrs later than he said he would. Again no apology from unique chic. This company maybe selling furniture cheaper than others but please consider whether receiving this type of service and being subjected to such rude staff is worth it. They do not value your custom.

just had my louis dining table set delivered from unique chic after I had to cancel my order with another shop after they failed to deliver to me after 8 weeks! I called uniquechic and they told me delivery would be within 10-14 working days, but we had snow and this delayed the delivery as they were placing catch up from when deliveries had been cancelled the week prior. Diane rung me last week to explain the situation and it really didn't matter anyway, it was obvious that everyone in the country was going to be delayed with the weather. I was rung on monday and updated and just had my delivery of my most lovely set, I am over the moon with it. Quality is brilliant and I paid a good price, some other places were £600 dearer! I just rung unique chic to say thankyou and have spken with emma and she thanked me for calling her , she was so lovely and I have just been chatting to her for half an hour about nothing about furniture lol. I would recommend unique chic to anyone, cheeky tip; don't buy via their ebay store or website call them direct and get the further discount. I saved over £150 on the ebay prices as ebay take 10% in fees Diane said, so they passed this saving straight onto me!

ordered a Arianna marble table and six chairs from Emma, I live in Essex and I wasn't able to visit the store in Nottingham. Emma was very helpful sending me images and even a video of the table which was in her store. It was exactly as expected and I called back to order, I was told an approx delivery time of 2/3 weeks and I was called after 5 days and received my order exactly a week after I ordered it! Totally in love with my table set and was £600 cheaper than in my local store in Brentwood! Thankyou Emma, just love it! I have told everone about you thankyou again xxxxxxx

Ordered from univ chic and Emma was lovely and helpful so I ordered a dining set with two other items these after a little chasing were finally booked in and I recieved the items few days late as couriers delayed delivery which is waited in to but the items recieved were lovely! And great quality! I wanted to also order a bed which unfortunately I lost faith in the company as even though I’d confirmed the colour and size and bed type via email I then got an email when bed was nearly ready confirming the totally wrong colour size and bed. Needless to say I just after constant calling and back and forward emails I just left the bed and got from another company. It is a shame as they do lively items but the communication is extremely poor , call backs not made, emails responded to after days or constant chasing which just makes the whole experience so annoying . A little unorganised as have to be waiting for emma to respond to everything which does slow a lot down! But other than that products is DID recieve were lovely.
