Staff are genuinely friendly, although are often bitchy about each other when they each leave the room. Made me feel a tad uncomfortable. Had extensions done here and although they looked lovely when done, they fell out incredibly quickly. I later discovered it was highly likely down to the technique Emma used with conditioning my hair before applying the extensions. Since I last went , I found a new stylist using the same extensions and they are lasting months longer and my hair is in much better condition for it as a result. It also costs £200 less than I was charged here. A shame, as I would have been a customer for life.

Really friendly hair stylists and really pleased with my hair. Also, readonably priced. Will definitely go back.

Excellent. Wanted my hair coloured so the grey could grow through naturally. I was quite nervous but the result was fantastic. I think I actually look younger now, and friends and family love it. The cut and style was also lovely.
