The lady doing my eyebrows in my opinion was not qualified in the role she was carrying out. I went to pure beauty as it was close to my house and I wanted to see if it was going to become my new regular salon. When I first went in I was greeted and told to wait as I hadn't booked an appointment. I was then seated by another worker. Her attitude towards me was rude. Considering she is in a customer service role she made no attempt to interact with me except to tell me where to put my hands. As she started threading it was like she was ripping my skin off. She was really rough and finished within 5 minutes. I'm really disappointed in the service, and will not be going there EVER again.

I've been a regular client at Pure beauty ever since they first opened. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and always provide a high quality service. I would highly recommend this salon to others 😊

Came as a last minute walk in, the owner was lovely and managed to squeeze me in. I have never had my eyebrows threaded in my life so was really worried about the pain. The manager talked me through it, did it with minimal pain and my eyebrows looked amazing- bare in mind this was for my big day. Since then I have always returned for various treatments. All staff have been professional and all treatments excellent.
