I went to the salon at Manor today for the first time. Called to make my appointment at rather short notice but was able to get one without a fuss. Lovely staff and fab overall experience. Highly recomend!

I paid £35 for a new set of acrylic nails which started lifting after 4-5 days & 9 days later 2 nails dropped off!
Salon refused to sort them as I'd been working away for a week so couldn't get into the shop... felt like I was being accused of lying about when my nails started lifting.
£35 for a new set of nails isn't cheap & I was disgusted with their customer service - they expected me to pay for my nails to be fixed when they clearly weren't done correctly in the first place. 
Spoke to 3 people there inc 2 managers who refused to help unless I paid more!
