We chose to sell our house with Unique, as we bought it through them 2 years previously and received brilliant service. This time was no different. Absolutely fantastic Customer Service from the get go. Dealt with either Olivia or Dominica. They were both very professional, caring and understanding. We had very difficult buyers making many demands and Dominica stepped in, took control and got the results we needed. I totally recommend buying and selling with Unique Thornton. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.
As first time buyers, my wife and I didn't have a clue when it came to the whole process of buying a house. A friend of mine recommend Unique saying they made the whole thing smooth and easy. How correct he was. Suzanne responded to my messages promptly and set us up with a mortgage advisor called Cara, who was brilliant. Explained everything clearly and kept us up to date on every aspect. We moved into our beautiful new home last week and are beaming with happiness. Thank you Unique.
And this was your review - Great! Sold our daughter’s house in just over a week. Marketed it how we she wanted it doing and at an agreed price. And did the viewings. Fast efficient and professional. Kept her in the loop even if it meant going through her protective dad! Gave good advice not only for the house she was selling but also on her new house which was for sale through another agent. As for Dominica….just excellent, remembered our names from nearly 15 years ago when we last dealt with her not sure if that says more about Dominica’s memory or me for being memorable either way it was like meeting up with an old friend she was very reassuring during what has become quite turbulent times. Can’t recommend Unique enough or Dominica as their ambassador. Thanks John.
Wow what an estate agent Unique in Thornton is...at last one that gives estate agents a good name!! The team of Olivia, Dominica, Sam, Sarah & Rachel are truly professional in their jobs and their fantastic property knowledge, friendly customer service and prompt feedback is to be admired no matter how busy they are during the viewing to offer stage. Then they excel again once an offer has been agreed due to their excellent understanding of the selling/buying process which no doubt ensures the sale progresses quickly and they continually keep all parties informed throughout this whole process. They seem to treat every sale as if it were their own home they are selling/buying and they have a warm, welcoming, understanding and personable nature whenever you need to speak to them. This is 3rd time I have dealt with Unique now in Thornton to sell property March 2020 3 bed detached, Dec 2021 4 bed detached & Oct 2022 3 bed semi and on each occasion I cannot fault the team no matter who you speak with. You can try the rest but I only use the best...and that's the team in Thornton...Olivia, Dominica, Sam, Sarah and Rachel. Thanks for selling 3 properties for me and making the process easy. I wish to specifically mention Dominica who, at all times, kept me updated with the progress of the sale. She answered all my questions promptly. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very confident leaving my sale in her hands. I highly recommend unique estate agency for a first class service
I really could not recommend or thank Unique enough for their support and help whilst buying my new forever home from them. I regrettably did not choose Unique for the sale of my house, but they even stepped in and went totally above and beyond to assist my sale when my agent was not. Extra special thanks to Dominica, amazing lady, every estate agent should definitely have a Dominica and she is such an asset to Unique.
I am extremely grateful to Unique for getting me through my house sale which for one reason and another has been stressful at times. I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to Dominica and Olivia in the Thornton office. They have been absolutely tremendous and have gone above and beyond to try to fix the hurdles we came across to ensure everything was sorted. I would highly recommend Unique to anyone!!!! From my initial contact with the office, through the valuation, sales and exchange process all of the staff have been very professional, supportive and helpful!!
Excellent service from Unique especially Dominica who guided and help us through buying our new home here in Thornton-Cleveleys. We are from the south and did not know the area at all but with Dominica’s help, guidance and input everything went well - it took a little longer than expected but we got there. Thank you once again Dominica for your kindness and understanding to my wife Lavinia and myself. Unique Estate Agents are very lucky to have such an amazing person like you working for them. I cannot recommend highly enough the team at Unique Estate agents in Thornton-Cleveleys. At an incredibly stressful time, they made the process of selling my late grandma’s house so much easier. Fantastic experience with Unique Estate Agents. Phoned up at 5pm to arrange a viewing on a property. I wanted to view that evening as I was in the area viewing others. Dominique phoned the vendor and got us an appointment the same night. We offered the next day and I made it clear we needed to complete within 6-8 weeks I already had mortgage agreed. With the help of Dominica this was achieved: she kept in contact with me and the vendor throughout and also pushed solicitors where required. Without her we wouldn’t have viewed the house that night or completed so quickly! Every member of staff in the office was professional, polite and friendly. Can’t thank them enough - I fully recommend
