I would recommend Susan Eve estate agency to anyone looking to sell a property. They were absolutely excellent and we can't thank them enough. We had some ups and downs while selling our property as two sellers dropped out part way through the process but we were very much supported through quite an anxious time and they found us another buyer very quickly - and at a better price than the others were going to pay! Communication is excellent - emails are responded to very quickly and phone calls returned without delay. I can't speak highly enough of the service that we received and at a reasonable price too. I cannot thank Susan Eaves enough. I lost my Parents and I could not face selling their lovely home for a long time. When it came time, I contacted Susan Eaves. From the moment I met Susan, throughout the whole process, the experience was so calm, caring and thoughtful. Susan's lovely daughters were so considerate and mindful of the difficult situation I was in. What could have been a harrowing, dark time for me, was made so much more bearable by the professionalism, kindness and understanding shown to me by Susan Eaves Estate Agency, and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

This is 4th time our family has worked with Susan Eve Estate Agency. Their professional and proactive service soon had the house up for sale and within a week we had received 3 very attractive offers. The whole team are personable and friendly making the sale of a house far easier than it should be, wouldn't hesitate in recommending them if you're looking to sell or buy a house. Cheers!
An absolute pleasure to work with on the sale of our house. The whole team were professional and courteous at all times, turned up when they said they would and responded promptly and patiently to our emails and phone calls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends and family.
We entered into a 16 week contract with this Estate agent. Part of the contract also said we would be tied in for 28 days after the 16 weeks from when we notified them we were terminating the agreement. It does say on the contract that they can release you at their discretion within that 28 days, but they refused to do this in our case. The reasons i asked for the release was that in our experience I have found them to be poor communicators, even bordering on lazy. Within the 16 weeks there has been 1 viewing and a maximum of 2 phone calls from them. I have had to chase them for updates as they haven't been forthcoming with information. They haven't communicated and suggested we reassess the selling price as a result of only having 1 viewing. Just not proactive at all. Photos are dull and uninspiring which I feel has contributed to the lack of viewings also. Overall, very disappointed and would not use them again. - - - Addition to the review after Susan Eve's reply- - - -My review is not fictitious, it's my opinion based on my experience with the Estate agents. -My comments are not false, libelous or misleading. They are my opinions and I am entitled to share them. That is what Google Reviews is for. _ They were not all pro active. Only answering questions and queries when asked. They did not make regular contact. - They provided us with 1 marketing report when prompted. -Initially we did like the photographs, but now having seen other photographs from other estate agents, we realise that others provide a better service when it come to photographs.
Susan eve are expensive. £1560 including vat. You sign a contract. £500 + vat if you pull out. £1560 if you pull out when they have a buyer for you but you don't want to go ahead.this puts you under pressure .I accepted an offer from a buyer. The buyer and freeholder of my flat then made up false disputes to knock the price down. I pulled out and then Susan eve pulled out of my contract and so now I have also lost a house I made an offer on. I did not feel that Susan eve had my back and a viewer smoked in my flat. When I got back to my flat straight after the estate agent did the viewing there was a strong smell . Really alarmed and distressed about how I have been treated. Also susen eve kept contacting my solicitor. This is a service I was paying for. I did not give permission.Avoid them. They are not genuine or proffessionals.
Presented with the problem of selling fathers house from 100 miles away was always going to be difficult Not only did this wonderful estate agent get the best price they handled Everything beautifully there communication outstanding even handling a slow solicitor and problems on survey in there stride. Cannot recommend highly enough Every member of staff particularly Jade are a credit to the company Thank you all a very satisfied customer
Would happily give 6 stars if it were possible. Susan Eve are without doubt the best estate agents we have ever used. Their enthusiasm and professionalism outshine all the others. Nothing was too much trouble. We were updated frequently and they were always available to deal with queries. The whole team went above and beyond throughout our sale.
