After running into multiple difficulties with a previous agent, I contacted The Square Room to deal with our sale after them being recommended to me. Our house was on the market for over 4 weeks with the previous agent with next to no interest. Once it was marketed with The Square Room the house was sold within 5 days. Once sold, the updates from the team were fantastic. Seamless service from start to finish. In the future I’ll only ever go back to The Square Room and can’t thank Paul and his team enough. Special thanks to Sophie for the great photos she took and Alex & Lauren for being on the end of the phone to assist as required.

I have sold 5 properties and bought 1  through the square room over the last year and all dealing with them have been great. They keep you up to date with what’s going on every step of the way, very helpful in chasing solicitors when needed etc. The fees are also very reasonable compared to other local estate agents. They work quickly, from calling to arrange valuation to getting online is within days. All the staff are brilliant and always know what’s going on, the company is clearly ran very well and communication is key which they’ve got spot on, all the staff are really friendly and helpful, I haven’t come across one person who was difficult to deal with so cannot recommend enough and wouldn’t use any other estate agent in the future. Thanks for all your help to everyone who I have dealt with at the square room!

I have been very impressed by both the owner and staff at Square Room. I had 9 viewers on the first day and a sale was completed in excess of the asking price within 2 months. Although he was very knowledgeable, I thought at first that Paul may have over-valued the property - but obviously I was proved wrong.  The office staff are friendly and professional and Sophie kept me fully informed throughout the whole transaction. I wouldn't instruct any other Estate Agency to buy or sell on my behalf now.

Top class service from Paul, Alex and Sophie at The Square Room in Thornton Cleveleys.  Paul attended at the address to value it. He was very complimentary, gave a great valuation, talked through all the details and made us feel relaxed and confident in selling our property. The pictures taken showed our home off beautifully.  Communication throughout the sale couldn’t have been better. Alex and Sophie kept us up to date. Chased the buyers solicitors for updates and very quickly responded to any messages sent to them.  At just over 80 years old and having lived in our property for nearly 60 years the staff at The Square Room made what was a stressful process this being down to the buyers solicitor as easy as they could and went above and beyond in dealing with matters for us.  If you’re thinking of selling your property don’t hesitate in using The Square Room as it’s a fantastic company.

They kept us informed at all times of any developments as the process went along and answered any questions we had regarding the sale. Thankyou to Paul and Eleanor at Square Room for the professional service we received whilst selling my late mother's house. Paul the owner valued the house realistically in comparison to others that had sold recently in the street. He gave us details of the packages we could pay for whilst selling the house and we elected to do the viewings ourselves. The photos and write up of the house were done within a few days and we were advised when the property would go live on Right Move etc. We were allocated Eleanor, a member of the team at Thornton who coordinated the viewings and collated the 3 offers, 2 of which were over asking price. Eleanor gave us weekly updates of progress and chased up the buyer and solicitor when appropriate. The sale was hassle free and well worth the small fee that we paid.

Fantastic experience with Paul and the team from Square Room, especially Eleanor. Paul valued our house at more then we expected and we even got over the asking price from the first viewer through the door, so he obviously knows what he’s talking about. We were kept up to date every step of the way and despite a few setbacks with the buyer’s  chain, our house was sold relatively quickly. Would highly recommend Square Room to anyone thinking of selling their home.

The Square rooms sold the bungalow in 2 weeks. Kept us informed from start to completion and were great. Their phone manner was outstanding, always seemed to brighten my day. Paul & everyone at the Square Room mostly Eleanor couldn’t have been more helpful. No pressure to list our house with them, everything was done quickly and professionally, the photos were excellent! Property was sold in a very short time and the people in the office had excellent communication with us throughout the whole process. Will definitely use The Square Room in the future.

The Square Room were absolutely fantastic. They organised the 20 odd viewings on our property over 2 days and kept us fully informed on the viewings, feedback and all the offers. The team were amazing, from the fantastic photographs of our property, to the excellent communication throughout the sale process. I would highly recommend the Square Room to anyone wishing to sell their home.
