The manager/workers here are rude. Estimated arrival was still a 2 hour wait and still they managed to be an hour late, cold and forgetting half of our order. It was soggy and cold. Not only that we found hair in the rice and when we rang up he refused to give any sort of refund, we said a small refund as we appreciate they still made it and they were rude down the phone and refused to even listen to us saying that we are the only ones to ever complain about it being cold and late yet if you look at other reviews, they all say it. He hung up on us after being rude and kept our £50 and now my boyfriend woke up feeling very ill. Don't reccomend at all.
£40 spent and no free crackers, food was cold and pretty bland to be honest. Crispy shredded beef had a jerk flavour to it, and too much vinegar. Prices keep going up though. NYE order.Food: 2/5
We were really hungry and were very impressed with the size of chip portions also the quality was great. Fish was good, slightly heavy batter. Very reasonable prices, we will return! PS: Glad to see to that the Cold stream and Grenadier guards are in their rightful positions in the order of battle, protecting the flanks of the Welsh, Irish and Scots guards.

Worst experience with a takeaway ever, food arrived an hour later than agreed, had to ring twice to find out where it was. Don't agree a time if you know you are never going make it! When arrived, the food was luke warm and congealed, squashed chips, most of it went in the bin and what we did eat ended up coming back up a couple of hours later when my husband was sick, the delivery driver was miserable and threw the bag at us on the doorstep, all in all a terrible experience, won't be coming back.
Worst experience with any Takeaway service ever. Ordered food an hour later no food. Called to find out where it was. Was told there was an issue with the driver and it was on its way. 30 Minutes later still no food. Called again, told that it's still on the way. Asked for delivery charge to be refunded as a goodwill gesture and was told 'chef said no'! Asked to speak to manager, was denied this!! Food arrived, delivery driver said he'd been all over the place. The food was the worst I've ever had. It was a congealed, dry, cold, lump of noodles which ended up in the bin. Just wasted £30. Ended up going out to the Co-op to get a few treats for the kids which was what this Takeaway was supposed to be. Literally the worst food and worst customer service. Don't waste your time and money. I never write reviews but I am so disappointed.
Absolutely vile. Rude workers. Food arrived an hour after it was meant too so waited a total of 3 and a half hours to only be missing the chicken balls and it all came cold. Don't order from here.Food: 1/5
AWFUL. Regular customer of this establishment. Food was late and missing parts of the quarter duck, sauce and vegetables. The food that arrived on time was not great either. It was cold & the beef was so tough you couldn’t chew it. When we called they said someone would bring out the missing items. 30 mins later still not here. When we called again the girl on the phone kept laughing and tried her best to be patronising. When passed onto the manager/chef he was rude and wouldn’t refund us for the quarter duck. He offered a credit note but when we said we won’t be ordering from there again his response was “if you dont want my food anymore then there’s nothing I can do” and hung up the phone. Shocking service
Hideous food. Stay away, chicken was so over cooked it was brittle. Re package it as chicken flavoured sticks of rock and it would probably sell better. Response form them after reporting it has been equally poor. First time I have ever left a review after being bitterly dissatisfied .
Literally the worst takeaway and experience I've ever had in 40 years that's some achievement. Ordered at 17.50 food arrives at 20.00ish, cold and was disgusting to say the least. So it went in the bin I would not have even feed it to my dog. The lady on the phone said I'd need to go through just eat for a refund I did that so out of £29 I received £8 back what a rip off. DONT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS, ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. ALSO DONT USE JUST EAT!! After being a general manager in catering and hospitality for a decade I'm literally appalled with this whole experience.
