Great staff cute shoes
Staff was supper friendly and where very welcoming. I love the shoes and hat I bought. The shoes are worth the price but the hats are a bit expensive but compared to over shops in London definitely my favourite.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered custom made shoes 6 months ago, company advertised that they would take about 2 months to make and be shipped, still have not received the shoes and every contact through e-mail has been less than helpful. Will not order again.
I travelled from bristol especially to purchase their stunning creepers. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Such a great shop! Thank you.
