Puma Trainer store. Carnaby Street Soho So often we only put pen to paper to complain because we feel let-down by a product or service. In this case, the opposite is true. I have received service so good that, were there Olympic medals awarded for shopping experiences, it would be gold. My daughter is preparing for her first half marathon. She and I visited the Puma Store in Carnaby Steet to look for running shoes. I hadn’t particularly been looking forward to this ! but our sales assistant Michael aka Mickey made it an extraordinarily memorable and pleasant shopping experience. We had not bought specialist shoes before and didn’t know where to start. Mickey could not have been more helpful. It was clear from the off that he was not only extremely knowledgeable but, as importantly, really enjoyed his. job. He listened to everything we said and gave us plenty of suggestions and alternatives. He encouraged us to make an informed decisions and even to try other shops to make sure we were truly happy. In fact we did visit five other shops and what a difference; not a single person approached us to help or give advice. If you ever find yourself in need of a new pair of trainers, my best advice is to visit the Puma Store in Carnaby Street and ask for Mickey. You won’t regret it and like us you will leave with a definite spring in your step even if you don’t buy the trainers!.
Had a great experience at this store pickup up a City jersey for my son. Feisal was really helpful and assisted my son with choosing the right size for his top. He gave some really good tips that showed us the best one to get.
Customer service was excellent. Was greeted by a friendly member of staff who was very helpful. My son purchased a AC Milan shirt after chatting to him.
I phoned up to check they had a particular type MG of football boot in store and they confirmed they did. However when I arrived in the shop I was told they didn't stock that type of boot, so they'd just wasted an hour of my time travelling there and back.
I had an amazing experience at this store I was in need of a pair of shoes that I needed for many different sports such as handball, frontball, running, trail… I was ever so kindly assisted by Metej whom so patiently helped me find the perfect pair in the perfect size and explained so many things about the shoes and why they were or weren’t good for such and such sport. I was honestly stressed as I didn’t feel like I would ever find such a pair of shoes and therefore I am extremely grateful towards Metej whom made this experience much more easier and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this store as the customer service is brilliant!!!
